Shipping policy

  • The Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of your telling us why you wish to return:
  • With goods and all packaging in original condition;
  • Securely wrapped;
  • Including delivery slip;
  • Opened and used products cannot be returned.

How to request a return:

To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team by emailing info@suppsociety.com.au providing your name, order number, and reason for returning the product. This includes if a product you receive is damaged during shipment, arrives after its expiration date, or is not what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
