REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

In accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return under the Australian Consumer Law:

·       the product must be faulty, damaged, not fit for purpose, or not as described;

·       you must contact us within a reasonable time from the date of purchase;

·       proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt or order confirmation); and

·       products must be returned in suitable condition for assessment.

How to Make a Return

Online Purchases (including Click & Collect): Please contact info@suppsociety.com.au before returning any item. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for returning the goods. Click & Collect orders are treated as online purchases, and must be returned through our online process, even if collected from a store.

In-Store Purchases: Please return the product to the store of purchase with your receipt. Store staff will assess the item in line with the above criteria and process any approved refund or exchange.

Important Notes

For operational and stock management reasons, returns must always be processed through the original point of purchase (i.e., online for online orders, or the specific store for in-store purchases).

Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible.
