Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) is one of the most versatile antioxidants available, and what sets it apart from most is its ability to work in both fat and water soluble environments in the body — making it effective across a wider range of tissues than many other antioxidants.

Each capsule delivers 300mg of ALA, a meaningful dose that supports the body's natural antioxidant defences by helping neutralise free radicals and combat oxidative stress. What makes ALA particularly interesting is that it readily converts to its reduced form, dihydrolipoic acid (DHLA), creating a powerful antioxidant pair.
