What are Eaa's and what do they do?

EAA supplements will generally consist of some combination of Essential Amino Acids. There are 9 Essential Amino Acids and 3 of those 9 are also Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs).

Our bodies require EAAs, but our body cannot make EAA's, like it can with other amino acids. Essential amino acids must be consumed in adequate quantities to meet our body's demands.

EAAs support muscle protein synthesis and when taken before exercise EAAs have been shown to both improve anabolic (muscle building) exercise response and increase muscle protein synthesis. EAAs will also speed up recovery and prevent muscular breakdown during exercise especially when in a calorie deficit.

When should i take core 9?

Before training: Consume 1 or 2 serves, 20 minutes prior to training.

After training: Consume 1 or 2 serves immediately after training

Non-training days: Consume 1 or 2 serves between meals.

After training: Consume 1 or 2 serves immediately after training, in 350-700ml ice cold water.
