Pure Sports Fluid Energy Gel is a natural, gut-friendly endurance fuel with a liquid consistency that makes it one of the easiest energy gels to consume during running, cycling or any sustained effort.

Made with a Maltodextrin base and real fruit juices, concentrates and purees, each sachet delivers approximately 24-26g of fast-absorbing carbohydrates and electrolytes (Sodium) without the sticky thickness or artificial sweetness of traditional gels. The fluid consistency allows it to be consumed in one smooth mouthful without needing to chase it with water — although drinking fluids alongside remains good practice. Use 1 sachet 15 minutes prior to activity, then every 30-40 minutes during exercise. Use with 200-300ml of fluids to help prevent gastrointestinal upset. Maximum 10 servings per day.
