Shake the bottle to loosen the dry mix. Add 280ml of water, replace the lid, turn upside down, tap the lid firmly on the bench to loosen the mix, then shake well. Stand for one minute before pouring. Cook on a lightly greased pan over medium to high heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Makes approximately 4 pancakes (10–12cm each). Adjust water quantity for preferred thickness.
