Dragon Pump has the ability to deliver mental clarity and focus without the increase in heart rate or blood pressure that caffeine provides. Each serving has 3g of Citrulline and 1g of Betaine which allows you to train harder and longer, therefore, giving you a great muscle pump.

15 minutes before training, mix 1-2 heaped scoops with 300-500ml of cold water.
